Having started his culinary journey with an apprenticeship under a master chef in fine dining, he quickly leaped into the culinary ocean two feet first upon discovering his passion. From working the line to his own brick and mortar and successful food truck in East Tennessee, leading gourmet kitchens and managing university culinary programs, Chef Lukus brings a wealth of knowledge, passion, and expertise to the kitchen, focusing on elevating simple ingredients into extraordinary dishes.
